Lalo Na Ang Mga Taga Korte

Paunawa: Ang larawan ni Lolo Prudencio ay mula sa ANC News at ang mga nagmartsa ay likha ng AI.

Wala man lamang acknowledgment ng email. Nakalipas na ang dalawang linggo. So sinubukan namin i-research sa public database nila.

CA Offices (if you are not the correct offices concerned, could you please pass or forward on?)

The legal issue of this case – SP189305 Re: Prudencio C. Calubid, Jr.  is a matter of crime against humanity by the judiciary branch of the government.

As I stated previously in the email thread below, I received a contrary adverse decision from the SC upholding the inhumane procedures discovered in RTC 67 to 79 in Binangonan but, by necessary conclusion and implication, being practiced all across court offices in the country.  I actually wrote to over 1000 court offices (after OCA conveniently also avoided the issue)  and I got a few confirmations of the same inhumane procedures. But even without this verifications, it is plain to see the criminality against Filipinos. The adverse decision was not based on merits, fortunately for the SC, but on flimsy technical ground conveniently avoiding the very serious issue. But here, by God’s intervention, is SC again being called to decide on the same issue: the inhumane procedures from the court system including feeding the dirty/incomplete data to the databases of NBI and PNP — because this matter is on appeal to the SC.

It has been two weeks now since I made a request for a copy of this decision. Radio Silence. Not even an acknowledgement. Under the law, this behavior is already an administrative offense. See the image enumerating 12 to 14.

Admin Offenses Agad Sa Pag-Dedma

But dont worry, I wont even try to file an admin case for this treatment. It is a waste of my resources. I already knew and saw personally the “protect your own” condoning impunity, bad behavior by the JIB, OCA and SC. The judges in Binangonan escaped the admin complaints before the SC but not the criminal complaints elsewhere. Nonetheless, they are lead roles in international escalation.

So, I reiterate my request for this info — a copy of the CA decision on Prudencio’s habeas corpus petition  — because your website weirdly and mysteriously does not have the said decision. If it had, I would not have bothered your precious time, paid for by public money. See the screenshots from your Search website. There is nothing.

I call this crime “Kapangalan Mo, Kaso Mo”. And ironically this crime is being committed in the judiciary system and the notorious Katulisan Kapulisan who commit mass murders against Filipinos and reportedly, by announcement of no less than SoJ Remulla, being acquitted by members of the judiciary for money!

I need the comparison CA decision as I reckon the CA has applied justice on this issue and SC has not. But I give SC some slack because it could be that only one out of 15 Justices had ruled wrongly, unjustifiably, immorally, unconstitutionally, unlawfully, and inhumanely. It cannot be that all 15 Justices are unjust.

I wonder how a simple identity issue — resolved by trivial documentary proof of identity such as birth certificates or passports as a matter of common sense — even ever reaches the courts: that it would imprison an 81 year old frail and sickly man for six months and even now being appealed to the SC to insist that government was right to deprive him of his liberty. This happens everyday all across the country. For real, worse even systemic and widespread (ICC threshold questions) in the court system, easy to admit if only the Philippine government were not inherently perenially evil.

For disclosure, this email will form part of supporting documents to the complaint escalation I have been preparing to hold the judiciary branch (and the executive branch such as the PNP and DoJ) to account for the crimes being committed against Filipinos since time immemorial before the international community: ICC, UN CHR, UN Security Council, even President Trump and leaders of the world who must take notice of this government evil inflicted on Filipinos. This effort may be slow but it will be surely.

In closing, I leave you with one question: if you were Prudencio or any of the victims of this crime against humanity, what would you do? I reckon by your values and reasoning, you would be estopped to protest loudly but rather you would, hypothetically anyway, suffer the imprisonment in silence just to save face.
