Ang Impeachment Ay Kapangyarihan Ng Taumbayan

Ipinadala na namin sa Kongreso ang draft ng Impeachment Complaint noong Agosto 21, 2025 – Araw ng Pagiging Bayani ni Ninoy Aquino. Ang 250825 version ay may dagdag sa 210825 version ng sagot ni Secretary Larry Gadon sa pag contempt sa kanya na kung saan sinabi nya:

The general public is already aware of the biases of the Supreme Court and there is no action needed to be done by the Respondent [ie Secretary Gadon] herein that would damage , ruin or cast doubts on the integrity of the Court.

Translation: Sira na ang integridad ng Korte Problema kaya di na nya kailangang sirain pa!

Sa totoo lang, isa lamang sa 116 milyon na ordinaryong Pilipino ay maari nang magpasibak sa mga abusong Korte Problema. Ang basehan ng pagpapasibak ng mga huwad na hustisya ay mismong galing sa House of Rep kaya dapat matik na ang endorsement at at least 1/3 vote nito. Pero, sa tono ng Motion for Reconsideration ng House, mukhang sila pa ang nangangamuhan sa mga hindi halal na nakaupo sa Korte Problema.

Ganunpaman, worst comes to evil or not, nakalathala na ito sa buong mundo. Nabigyan na namin ng kopya ang mga foreign media para malaman ng sangkatauhan ang kawalanghiyaan sa Pilipinas.

“I endeavored to send our Impeachment Complaint against all 15 Justices of the Supreme Court today, August 21, 2025, as it is the heroic day of Ninoy Aquino for the love of our country. We pray to our Almighty God that you will reflect that we should all be a hero for one another, fighting the evils in our country.

We have attached a cover letter too, which we hope you read as it explains why we initiated this impeachment complaint, not that we need to explain. Our Impeachment Complaint is not yet verified for reasons stated in the cover letter.

There are 317 of you. We just need one to breathe life into this Impeachment Complaint and get it going. Forthwith. Once we have one rep, we shall go to the House office and swear our oath on the verification over our submission.

The recipients of this email are culled from the email directory of our government. Since the names are from the 19^th Congress and only district reps, could we please request you to forward this email with the attachments to all new district reps and all party-list reps while cc’ing us too. We appreciate the help.

When the Good Lord touches your heart to be the spiritual and physical instrument to lead this change for our country, please reply with a ‘Yes, I will endorse your Impeachment Complaint.’ We shall then arrange for our verification and your endorsement.

Even if the Supreme Court reverses, even unanimously, that is not the issue. The sins have been committed, damage has been done. It is not only too late to apologize but also the day of reckoning has arrived.“
