Courts: Unnecessary Evil

Courts: Unnecessary Evil

The documentary novel of the worst evil government on earth.

Living Draft for worldwide publication including facts supporting the chr complaint in the United Nations
When a Law-Abiding Citizen Is Abused to the Hilt

Juan is a highly educated man with a very high sense of integrity. He calls out abuses and holds people to account without hesitation. So even in the face of blatant evil abuses in his arrest and prosecution on a forced trivial crime, Juan engaged with the legal process to defend himself until the government officials disguise no more their evil lawlessness and their Supreme Court bosses are in no uncertain terms condoning with blessed impunity. Thus, this is like the story of Michael Douglas in Falling Down. And so is the eventual revenge in Kill Bill (ie in exposing this evil to the world).

Preview of True Story of Evil
Prosecuted by Enemies

John was sentenced to imprisonment after having been prosecuted by all his enemies. The charge on facts was not a crime at all, the crime of unjust vexation. The arresting officers were the complainants who are public officials. The investigating Department of Justice (DoJ) prosecutors are John’s inhibited enemies. So do the the public attorneys assigned to defend him. Ditto the judge who sentenced him after having been prosecuted by the complainants themselves who were unilaterally appointed by the judge himself.

SUPREME COURT CONDONES

From the outset and every step of the prosecution, John petitioned and escalated the Supreme Court of the Philippines the live injustice to intervene. Still to-date, well past the writing of this true-to-life online documentary of evil of the government of the Philippines, the Supreme Court condoned the evil with proud impunity eternalized in official court records.

CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY

As if this evil injustice was not wicked enough, John was further imprisoned for having an identical name (first and last only) as that of one accused in the court’s criminal database of double attempted murder. Without applying any other identity-differentiating attributes and without considering government-issued documentary proof of refuting evidence, the court insisted to further detain him. John was further deprived of liberty just like that.

Supreme Court of the Philippines Institutionalized Own Crimes

John was able to prove he was not the same person as the said accused. Nonetheless, John still petitioned the Supreme Court to declare the practice was unlawful deprivation of liberty and punish the court officials. The Supreme Court declared there was nothing wrong with it all and at all. Worse, little did John know that this crime committed by the court is widespread and systemic that exactly fits the definition of “crimes against humanity” by the International Criminal Court (ICC).

Courts in the Philippines: Unnecessary Evil
Personification of Satan

“And no wonder, for even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light”, says he Bible in 2 Corinthians 11:14. The Philippine justice system is a pit of hell and the judges who run it are disciples of Satan. Crime does pay in the Philippines because judges are corrupt in the highest order: from evil deprivation of liberty of ordinary helpless Filipinos to the condoned impunity of open plunder of the rich and the powerful.

Unnecessarry Evil

The judiciary is said to be a feature of democracy. But it is the biggest fallacy in the principles of democracy. All power emanate from the people. Yet, judges and justices who are not not elected at all yield vast democratically illegitimate powers over the people. They act as if they are gods by creating their own laws: what with their claim of “inherent power of contempt” or, in the case of the Philippines, the “your namesake, your crime” court practice discovered by John.. Unlike the true democracies in Europe and America, the judiciary in the Philippines is an unnecessary evil.

Gang Members Who Ganged Up On Juan
Complainants
  1. Kapitan Gil Anore, Baranggay Libid, Binangonan, Rizal
  2. Police Arnel Diocena, Binangonan PNP
  3. Police Streamson Tusi, Binangonan PNP
Arresting Officers
  • same as above Complainants
  • arrest was for Disobedience (on alleged disrespect of Kapitan Anore)
  • without informing Juan, post-investigation at police station, added charges of Alarm and Scandal and Unjust Vexation.
  • refused to provide lawyer
DoJ Inquest
  1. DoJ Rizal Chief Raymond Lledo – issued DoJ Rizal-wide inhibition of all cases for and against Juan in 2017 (in response to Juan’s Ombudsman complaints).
  2. DoJ Rizal Deputy Chief Gloria De Guzman – refused to implement the 2017 order of inhibition in 2025 unjust vexation and refused to provide lawyer for Juan
  3. Fiscal Ferdinand – conducted inquest without lawyer for Juan and without arresting officers being present to determine lawfulness of arrest); dismissed the Disobedience and Alarm and Scandal outright but consulted with bosses above to charge Juan with Unjust Vexation the next day.
Public Defender
  1. Central PAO – refused to provide counsel de officio as ordered by the judge (Juan complained of PAO Central officials in 2017) but asked Rizal PAO
  2. Rizal PAO – instructed Binangonan PAO to withdraw as counsel de officio at first citing “conflict of interest” (based on complaints by Juan against Binangonan PAO in 2017 and 2025 ) and approved by judge but later retracted the withdrawal and forced Binangonan PAO on Juan as his defense lawyer despite Juan having outstanding complaints against Binangonan PAO in PAO Central.
  3. Binangonan PAO – asked judge to withdraw as counsel de officio for Juan at first as instructed by Rizal PAO but also later retracted the withdrawal as instructed by Rizal PAO.
Trial Prosecutor
  1. DoJ Rizal public prosecutor – inhibited still since 2017
  2. DoJ Central public prosecutor – never present
  3. Private Prosecutors without DoJ Central public prosecutor’s authority are the Complainants above as unilaterally appointed by court judge (Santos) to prosecute Juan
Court Judge
  1. Judge Jesus Emmanuel P. Santos of Binangonan MTC Branch 1 – caught by Juan’s lawyer in 2017 breaking the law siding with Juan’s opponent; punished Juan with contempt after Juan called him morally and legally corrupt for condoning Binangonan PAO illegal and anomalous legal representation of Juan’s opponent who is not indigent (the basis of Juan’s complaint against Binangonan PAO). In shame, he inhibited from this 2017 case – planting the seed of revenge against Juan.
  • In 2025, Juan’s charge of Unjust Vexation was raffled to Santos, the long- awaited opportunity for revenge against Juan. Anticipating evil revenge, Juan asked him to inhibit (under “appearance of bias” standard). Santos refused.
  • DoJ Prosecutor never appeared to prosecute Juan. Juan asked to dismiss for failure to prosecute. Santos denied. Instead, Santos unilaterally appointed Complainants as private prosecutors without DoJ authorization. Juan objected to the unlawful appointment but Santos denied.
  • Juan wrote to Prosecutor General Fadullon to confirm unlawfulness and illegality of Santos appointment of the Complainants as private prosecutors. PG Fadullon replied affirmatively. Santos defied PG Fadullon.
  • Santos denied all motions of Juan and rejected his Judicial Affidavits putting the blame on Juan for failure of Binangonan PAO to assist him in its revision.
  • Santos reinstated Binangonan PAO as defense lawyer for Juan after having already accepted their withdrawal for conflict of interest on Juan’s complaints against Binangonan PAO. So Santos appointed another enemy of Juan. Santos did not want to appoint a private counsel de officio for Juan so everybody is against Juan: LGU, PNP, DoJ, PAO, Court.
  • Santos shamelessly violated Juan’s due process rights, fair trial, human rights and relevant applicable law but still sentenced Juan with imprisonment, fines and damages. The revenge succeeded.
  • The evil revenge Santos made without fear of consequences because the Supreme Court condones Santos with impunity.
Juan Asked to Be Sentenced So He Would Just Appeal

Before the commencement of trial, Juan already moved for a final decision without going through trial as he was certain Santos would find him guilty for the forced invented crime. Santos still denied it saying it was a trap by Juan. The comedy of Santos is big LMAO. With evil sham prosecution persecution by his enemies (Court/Santos, PAO, DoJ, LGU, PNP) and condoning evil of the Supreme Court and Juan having spent six months engaging with the justice process defending himself, Juan decided he would never get true justice. So he left for home in Europe as he would just later appeal the certain adverse evil decision of Santos to higher courts. But Juan has now decided to complain this evil of the courts and judges in the Philippines to the United Nations CHR. Juan would also file a criminal complaint against Santos for unjust orders under Article 204 and 206. No judge was ever punished under this law so Juan would prove to the world yet another time the the Supreme Court and its judges are evil. Meanwhile, Juan is immortalizing this egregious evil of the Philippine government online forever for the world to know its horror.
